Events: The infatuation of two first cousins of 12 and 14 years unleashed the triple homicide on the road
The Civil Guard has arrested two brothers accused of ending the lives of three people on August 24 in Móstoles.
The vehicle of the two arrested
rammed another car from the side, causing the death of its three occupants:
Pilar J. P, 33, her 14-year-old daughter and the 32-year-old brother-in-law of the deceased.
A 12-year-old girl, Pilar's little daughter, survived the accident.
The prisoners are Emilio David JP and Ruiz Manuel JP and they are brothers of the deceased woman, Pilar.
They have been sent to prison by the head of court number 4 in Móstoles.
They are accused of an alleged crime of homicide, a crime of omission of the duty of relief, a crime against road safety and another against the Administration of Justice
.
It has also been decreed for both of them the prohibition to approach within a thousand meters of the minor who survived the impact.
They may not approach the minor both at her home, place of studies or anywhere she is, and communicate with her by any means, during the processing of the proceedings and until a resolution is issued that puts an end to the procedure.
From what has been investigated to date, there are sufficient indications of criminality against both investigated, which indirectly constitute three completed crimes of homicide of article 138 of the Penal Code -
one of them aggravated by being one of the victims under 16 years of age
, and another one aggravated by the circumstance of kinship, being one of the victims sister of the perpetrators- and of an attempted crime of homicide, also aggravated by being the victim under 16 years of age-.
Regarding
Ruiz Manuel JP, he is also being investigated for a crime of omission of the duty of assistance;
and additionally with respect to Emilio David of a crime against road safety - reckless driving - as well as a crime against the Administration of Justice - a false report or simulation of a crime - all without prejudice to a further qualification, according to Europa Press
The event took place at 1.45 am on August 24 at kilometer 20 of the old Extremadura highway, when
a car crashed, after being allegedly rammed by another, against a tree and a nearby lamppost.
The health workers confirmed the death of three of them from severe contusions: a 30-year-old man, a woman of a similar age and a young girl.

According to the first investigations, the outcome of the triple crime was the falling in love with the 12-year-old girl, who survived the tragic accident, by her first cousin, older than her, but also a minor (14).
The 12-year-old girl's family did not consent to the relationship.
According to Civil Guard sources, Pilar, 33,
went on Sunday, August 23, with her brother-in-law Raúl - her husband's brother and of similar age - and a 14-year-old daughter to look for her other 12-year-old daughter.
s, to Navalcarnero, where part of his family lived, including his parents.
At the Navalcarnero house, a dispute broke out between the two families, but finally Pilar convinced her daughter to return home.
When the mother was returning to her home in Vallecas with her brother-in-law and her two daughters, her vehicle was hit from behind by the car of the two detainees.
Around 1.50 in the morning, according to the hypotheses considered by the Armed Institute agents,
the second vehicle hit the first,
taking it off the road, with a single lane in each direction, at kilometer 20 of the highway from Extremadura, already in the municipality of Móstoles.
According to investigations, the collision was not lateral, but rather the pursuing car hit the other from behind.
The driver of this second vehicle lost control of the car, which crashed into a lamppost and ended up crashed into a tree, causing the death of three of its occupants, all except the 12-year-old girl, who was taken to the very serious 12 de Octubre hospital with several broken legs.

other vehicle ended up overturned in a ditch in the road,
dozens of meters from the first, and its two occupants fled in the direction of Navalcarnero, according to eyewitnesses.
