From June 2014 to July 2016, the Laohui River Ecological Headquarters illegally approved the expropriation of Tunli Town 522.57 hectares (7838.57 acres) of land in Qiaoli Town and other townships (towns) to construct Laohui River Wetland Landscape Park and ancient town project.

As of August 2020, a fine of 416,300 yuan has been paid, 2 buildings, roads, greening and other supporting facilities have been demolished and replanted, and the remaining 2 buildings have not been demolished.

Hainan Chengmai Yudong Industrial Co., Ltd. illegally occupying land to construct a basalt processing plant:

From May 2018 to June 2019, Hainan Yudong Industrial Co., Ltd. occupied 4.5467 hectares of cultivated land in Meiyu Village, Fushan Town, Chengmai County without approval ( 68.2 mu) to build a basalt processing plant.

As of September 8, 2020, it has not been investigated and dealt with according to law.

Sanya City, Hainan Province did not investigate the illegal land use case:

In December 2017, Sanya Fengxin Industrial Co., Ltd. occupied 1.62 hectares (24.3 acres) of land in Tielu Village, Haitangwan Town, Haitang District, without approval, to build a concrete mixing station.

In April 2018, the former Sanya Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources filed a case for investigation and ordered the demolition of illegal buildings and restoration of the original appearance of the land, but the company has not rectified it.

The Haitang District People's Government of Sanya City sent a letter to the former Sanya Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources, requesting formalities for temporary land use for the project.

In June 2018, the former Sanya Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources decided not to implement the original administrative penalty decision. In August, it issued a temporary land use approval document for the Fengxin Industrial Co., Ltd. concrete mixing plant project.

In April 2020, the Sanya Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning issued the "Letter of Approval for Canceling the Temporary Land Use of the Mixing Station of Sanya Fengxin Industrial Co., Ltd.".

In August 2020, the Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau of Haitang District, Sanya City issued an "Administrative Penalty Decision", ordering it to demolish illegal buildings by itself.

As of September 8, 2020, the building has not been demolished.

Langzhong City Shuntong Company and others illegally occupying land to build a driving school case:

From February 2014 to July 2015, Langzhong City Shuntong Automobile Driving Training Co., Ltd. and others occupied the land of Baixi Village and Longtan Village of Jiangnan Sub-district Office without approval 22.71 hectares (340.66 mu) to build 5 driving schools, of which 22.61 hectares (339.16 mu) of arable land.

The Zhougong Lake Project Construction Leading Group of Qishan County, Baoji City, Shaanxi Province illegally occupied land to construct the Zhougong Lake landscape water system project and perfunctory rectification:

From July 2017 to May 2018, the Qishan County Government established the Zhougong Lake Project Construction Leading Group without approval Unauthorized occupation of 13.6 hectares (204.2 mu) of cultivated land in Dongjiatai Village and Lingtou Village, Fengming Town, Qishan County, to construct the Zhougong Lake landscape water system project.

In June 2019, during the inspection of cultivated land protection, it was discovered that the former Qishan County Land and Resources Bureau only filed and investigated 1.296 hectares (19.45 acres) of land for parking lots and pump houses that did not meet the overall land use plan in September 2018, but did not issue demolition according to law. The penalty decision was to confiscate, and no other illegal land use was filed for investigation.

Gansu Province Tianshui Nanshan Yunyun Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. illegally occupying land to construct a sports camping park:

In October 2018, Tianshui Nanshan Yunyun Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. occupied 10.40 hectares of land in Liguanwan Village, Yuquan Town, Qinzhou District without approval ( 156.07 acres) to build a sports camping park, including 5.75 hectares (86.22 acres) of arable land.
