“The water level on the Amur River near the city of Khabarovsk was 594 cm (+21 cm per day), approaching a“ dangerous phenomenon ”of 6 meters,” the message says.

It is specified that the floodplains of the Amur, Bureya, Ussuri, Kur, Tunguska and Amgun rivers are flooded to a depth of 1.9 m.

Earlier, an emergency regime was introduced in ten districts of the Khabarovsk Territory due to a flood that occurred after a rise in the water level in the Amur.
