A medium-distance train that covered the Valladolid-Madrid route has derailed tonight in Madrid, causing

four minor injuries

as a result of a landslide caused by rain, according to sources from the Community of Madrid Emergency 112.

The accident occurred around 8:15 pm in the afternoon a few kilometers from the

Zarzalejo

station

.

According to the same sources, of the 25 people who were traveling on the train, four have suffered various bruises, of which two have been transferred by Summa troops to

El Escorial Hospital,

where they have been admitted for observation.

The rest of the passengers have been transferred on another train to Madrid.

Due to the heavy rains and storms, Emergency Community of Madrid 112, has reported that 112 has managed

66 intervention files,

while Firefighters of the Community of Madrid have had to carry out some thirty interventions, most of them by rafts of water on public roads.
