The Finnish Meteorological Institute has updated its warning map again on Thursday at 8.50.
According to the Finnish Meteorological Institute, the weather situation is very dangerous in four areas in Finland: Åland, Satakunta, Ostrobothnia and Southwest Finland.
In rural areas, the severity of the situation is due to the storm wind.

Even earlier in the morning, a very dangerous warning was also given to Southern Ostrobothnia and the southern parts of the Bothnian Sea.
According to the Finnish Meteorological Institute, strong winds can lead to extensive damage areas with considerable need for clearing, long power outages, interruptions in drinking water distribution and telecommunications.
In Åland, Satakunta, Southwest Finland and Ostrobothnia, the gusts are forecast to reach 25 meters per second.
Ostrobothnia has also been given a potentially dangerous Flood Warning.
At half past six in the morning, the Finnish Meteorological Institute said on Twitter that the gust of wind had been measured to have risen to 35.3 meters per second at the Kallan observation station in Pietarsaari.
The observation station is located on a islet in front of Pietarsaari.
