These cupcakes were popularized in the 1950s in the United States.

Easy to make and delicious, they can be scented with a multitude of flavors.

Recipe :

1 cup of butter

2 cups of sugar

3 cups of flour

4 eggs

Mix the ingredients well.

Add your choice of chocolate chips, vanilla, lemon zest… Place in paper molds.

Bake for 15 minutes at 180 °.

Icing: mascarpone / whipped cream / royal icing, mix well without cooking and brush the top of the cake.
