Tony Williams has finally lost his wife, Joe, to pancreatic cancer.

Since then, the British retiree kept feeling very lonely, and the fact that he couldn't find anyone to talk to only made matters worse.

Tony, aged 75, has tried several ways to find people to chat with.

He initially ran two ads in a local newspaper, each costing £ 120.

After that, he also tried to distribute personal cards to people during one of his tours.

Unfortunately, no one responded in either case.

So, he decided to try something he didn't think would work, but it was definitely worth a try;

And he put a sticker on his window, which reads as follows:

“I lost Joe, my beloved wife and my soulmate.

I have no friends and no one to talk to.

I find the continuous silence of 24 hours a day unbearable torture.

Can't anyone help me? ”The British retiree says that his phone did not stop, and that many people contacted him daily, after reading the advertisement.

So much so, that he feels no longer needing to keep the ad hanging on the window, and is considering removing it soon.

Tony met Joe, who was a legal secretary, for the first time, more than 35 years ago, and their time together was a kind of "perfect harmony," says Tony.

He explained that their relationship seemed very normal;

And it was as if he had known her all his life.

Unfortunately, Tony was unable to conceive children with his late wife, Joe.

Without any close family or friends, around, and with the spread of the epidemic, in general, he now finds himself alone at home.

Tony, 75, has tried several ways to find people to chat with.
