In the details, the wife filed a complaint with the Ras al-Khaimah police stating that the husband locked her door to her room without food and did not allow her to go out for three days, as she asked him to go to her family's home in case he did not want her to stay at home, and to stay with his second wife, but he asked her to stay At home and not going out.


She explained during the investigations that he slapped her twice on the face, pushed her and closed the door, and communicated with the competent authorities and informed them of the incident and that she was deprived of seeing her children and had not received food for days, and a policeman came to the house and after he left, the husband and his mother assaulted her and insulted her in obscene words.


She added that her brother came to the house and took her to the police station to submit a report of the assault, accompanied by a medical certificate, and the husband denied what was attributed to him and stated that the incident was malicious because he married a second woman, and the mother denied the accusation against her.


The defense of the lawyer, Abdullah Sarhan, stated that the accusations against his client are malicious and the papers lack evidence of the validity of the wife's statements, demanding his innocence of what was attributed to him.


The court ruling stated that the Criminal Procedures Law stated that if the incident was not proven or the law was not punishable, the court ruled that the accused was innocent and released if he was imprisoned in the incident, following up that the medical examination certificate presented by the wife did not bear sufficient conclusive evidence If any of the defendants has been proven guilty of the acts attributed to them, and the complaint is not supported by any certain evidence.

She added that, pursuant to Article 211 of the Criminal Procedure Code, the court is ruling the acquittal of the defendants of the charges brought against them.
