Earlier it was reported that Russian leader Vladimir Putin will lead the Russian delegation to participate in the 75th session of the UN General Assembly, the head of state will speak via video link.
Representative of Turkey Volkan Bozkyr will become the chairman of the 75th session of the UN General Assembly.
