09 September 2020Another councilor of the CSM has resigned in relation to the "Palamara case".

This is Marco Mancinetti, toga of Unicost.

"I received a few minutes ago the notification of the disciplinary action against me by the Attorney General for facts related to the administrative activities carried out by the previous council, on the basis of the chats I had with Luca Palamara. Although there is no automatic law, I have already resigned my resignation in the hands of the Vice President of the High Council of the Judiciary, for institutional sense and for obvious reasons of expediency, in full compliance with the activities of the Attorney General and in the belief that I can offer any clarification in the competent office ".

The director of the CSM Marco Mancinetti announces it in a note.

Mancinetti is the sixth CSM adviser to leave CSM due to events related to the "Palamara case".

Last year Corrado Cartoni, Paolo Criscuoli, Antonio Lepri, Gianluigi Morlini and Luigi Spina resigned, all currently under disciplinary process, like Palamara himself.

Process that will start again next week.
