He appealed for solidarity, while about fifty others have tested positive, as well as some of the staff.

The toll has increased in Aveyron with the death of a sixth resident of the Gloriande nursing home in Sévérac-d'Aveyron, victim of the coronavirus.

According to the councilor, four residents are hospitalized, about fifty have tested positive as well as twenty employees who can not work.

A call for solidarity 

A call for solidarity was launched in the face of this very worrying situation.

From the start of the weekend, the nursing home received reinforcement from Civil Protection personnel and a nurse.

Volunteers have also mobilized to help, especially "during meal times".

The alert was given in this nursing home on September 4 with the detection of several positive cases in residents and an employee which had triggered a generalized campaign of tests in the establishment.
