China News Service, September 14, according to the "Central News Agency" report, the British government recently proposed a new bill that surpasses the "Brexit" agreement reached between the United Kingdom and the European Union.

European Council President Michelle warned on the 13th that Britain’s international credibility is in great danger and London must fulfill its obligations and implement a Brexit agreement.

The British government proposed a controversial "internal market bill" on the 9th, which may violate the part of the Brexit agreement on state subsidies and Northern Ireland tariffs.

Several former British Prime Ministers and Johnson’s fellow MPs are deeply concerned.

European Council President Michelle and Irish Prime Minister Martin wrote on the social networking site "Twitter" that now is "the time for the British government to take responsibility. This is critically at stake for the credibility of the British signature in the international community."

Michelle also said: "The Brexit agreement should be fully implemented to ensure peace and stability in Ireland and maintain the integrity of the (Europe) single market."

British Prime Minister Johnson previously accused the European Union of imposing a food "checkpoint" between the UK and Northern Ireland, which might tear the UK apart.

Barnier, the EU’s Brexit negotiator, said that the provisions on Ireland and Northern Ireland in the Brexit agreement "do not pose a threat to the integrity of the UK."

Ireland also refuted Johnson's statement, saying that the European Union did not secretly plan to re-establish a destabilizing border between Britain and Northern Ireland.

Irish Attorney General McKinty said: "The truth is absolutely not the case. Any suggestion that a new border will be created is simply not true."

In addition, the Brexit agreement "ensures the integrity of Northern Ireland as part of the United Kingdom" and "ensures that we will not see any form of border recurrence."
