Increase support for seeds, pesticides, fertilizers and agricultural machinery in less developed countries and regions, promote the application of advanced and applicable agricultural technologies, strengthen the construction of farmland water conservancy, develop water-saving agriculture, and help increase food production capacity.

The second is to jointly strengthen global agricultural investment and trade cooperation.

Remove restrictions on the export of grain and important agricultural products, and unblock international logistics.

Increase responsible investment in agriculture and food systems, support FAO, WFP, etc. to play an active role in stabilizing the global food supply chain.

The third is to jointly promote the reduction of food loss and waste.

Strengthen the coordination of food saving and loss reduction policies, develop and promote related technologies, standards, and facilities and equipment, and reduce losses in food harvesting, storage, transportation, and processing.

Advocate the "food saving" and "grain cherishing" atmosphere to reduce food waste on the table.

"The Chinese government attaches great importance to grain production. Since the beginning of this year, it has taken extraordinary measures to deal with the impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic and major natural disasters. The output of summer grains has reached a record high, and the growth of autumn grains is generally good. A bumper harvest throughout the year is expected." Han Changfu was talking about China's food security situation.时 said.
