13 September 2020 Following the restrictions for the containment of the pandemic adopted by the State of Israel, the FIGC accepted the request of the Ifa, in agreement with Uefa, for the postponement of the match between the women's national teams of Italy and Israel, which was in program at the "Castellani" stadium in Empoli on Thursday 17 September at 8.45 pm.

The race, valid for qualifying for the 2022 Women's European Championship, will be recovered in one of the next international windows.

The blue will continue the meeting as scheduled and will remain in Coverciano to prepare for the Bosnia Herzegovina-Italy match, another challenge towards Euro 2022, scheduled for Tuesday 22nd at the "Bilino Polje" stadium in Zenica.
