Brigadier General Al-Jallaf added that the person who published the video clip committed an act against public morals, which is a crime punishable by Decree of the Law on Combating Information Technology Crimes No. 5 of 2012 in its Article No. 24 by temporary imprisonment and a fine of not less than five hundred thousand dirhams and not exceeding one million dirhams for each Whoever establishes, manages or supervises a website, or publishes information on an information network or an information technology means that may prejudice public morals.

Brigadier General Al-Jallaf also confirmed that, in coordination with the Dubai Economic Department, Dubai Municipality, and the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing, the cafe was violated and closed.
