Municipal elections were held in Yakutia, Transbaikalia and the Amur Region.

In Yakutia, the turnout at 18:00 (12:00 Moscow time) was 38.85%.

In the Irkutsk region, elections were also held for the head of the region.

The candidates for the post were LDPR representative Andrei Dukhovnikov, Larisa Yegorova from Fair Russia, Mikhail Shchapov from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Gennady Shchadov, representing the Communist Party of Social Justice, and Acting Governor Igor Kobzev.

As of 18:00 (13:00 Moscow time), the turnout in the Angara region was 30.33%.

Earlier, the CEC reported that the highest turnout in the elections of governors in the constituent entities of Russia was recorded in the Jewish Autonomous Region.

After processing 2.72% of the protocols in the elections in the Jewish Autonomous Region, Acting Governor of the region Rostislav Goldstein is in the lead with 89.31% of the votes.
