Even after nearly three months after contracting Corona 19, a survey result showed that many still feel tired and have trouble breathing.

According to the Hong Kong South China Morning Post (SCMP) on the 13th, a survey conducted by researchers at Maastricht University in the Netherlands on 2,100 people who had COVID-19 but were not hospitalized in the Netherlands and Belgium's Flemish region. Many said they are still experiencing COVID-19 symptoms even after 79 days of infection.

In the questionnaire published in the'Open Research' published by the European Respiratory Journal on the 10th, only 0.7% of respondents answered that they did not feel any symptoms of Corona 19 at all, on average 79 days after they first appeared.

About 44% of respondents still complained of chest pain, 38% complained of headache, 36% complaining of muscle pain, and 33% complaining of shoulder pain.

The researchers pointed out, "It was investigated that corona19 patients with relatively mild symptoms do not receive guidelines for sequelae, unlike severe patients who are hospitalized."

He added, "How long the corona 19 sequelae persists," he added.

SCMP said it was "the first large-scale survey to show that only a small fraction of COVID-19 patients are cured."

The median age of participants in this survey was 47, and 85% were women.

Most of them were in good shape until corona 19 infection.

The results are similar to the results of a survey conducted in July by Italian researchers on 143 people who were hospitalized and discharged from Corona 19.

At that time, only 13% of discharged patients said they did not show any symptoms of Corona 19 at the end of 60 days of infection.

On the other hand, half still suffer from 3 to 4 symptoms, and 44% say their quality of life has deteriorated.
