A reading of the latest statistics of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) for the map of "international student movement across the world" for the year 2019 reveals some surprising results regarding the Arab region, including that Arab countries attract more students from the rest of the Arab countries than Western countries famous for their prestigious universities.

Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey attract more Arab students than Western countries such as Britain and Canada, based only on the list of the 3 most attractive countries for Arab students.

The list of the five most attractive countries for Arab students:

1- America: 81 thousand and 403

2- France: 68 thousand and 140

3- Jordan: 34 thousand and 111

4- Saudi Arabia: 33 thousand and 431

5- Turkey: 23 thousand and 732

And if Saudi Arabia, then Syria, then Morocco is the leader in the list of the most Arab countries sending students to pursue their education abroad, then looking at the numbers from a relative angle shows a completely opposite and surprising arrangement, and what is meant by relativity is the number of students who study abroad in relation to the number of population.

Comoros tops the list with 6,414 students per million people, followed by Kuwait with 5,450 students per million, and Palestine comes in third place with 4,979 students, and at the bottom of the list we find Egypt (349 students), Somalia (399) and Algeria (598).
