There are also unfortunate stories as the damage continues from the massive wildfires sweeping the western United States.

In Oregon, a 13-year-old boy and his grandmother died in a forest fire, and the boy's mother fell into critical condition.

A 13-year-old boy, Wyatt Toptty, was found dead in a car hugging a dog, CNN reported.

Toffty seems to have been evacuated and changed because he thought the car would be safe.

"The dead Toffee was a lovely boy. He loved fishing, played video games like the rest of the kids. A lovely and polite boy," said the family.

Tofty's 71-year-old grandmother was also found in another burnt car, and Tofty's mother, who was trying to save her, saved her life but suffered a full-body burn and is in critical condition.

Darrell Hurd, who lived in Graham, Washington, was also homeless in a wildfire.

He said that he woke up in the middle of the night when someone knocked on the door on the night of the 7th.

"He pulled the door and told me to run away," Darrell said. "I thought he was a little sane at the time," said Darrell.

Darrell luckily avoided the flames, but his house turned into a pile of stones.

"Somewhere in that pile of stones, there is my mother's ring. It breaks my heart," he said. "The rest are replaceable."

In addition, in Berry Creek, California, camp Ojiku, a camp site for children with cancer patients and their families, was destroyed by wildfires, causing painful wounds and damage everywhere.
