11 September 2020 An uncertain start for Wall Street and in particular for the Nasdaq which, after a positive start, brakes sharply and moves into negative ground (-0.24%).

For the technology list it was the worst week of the last six months.


The Dow Jones holds up, however, and advances by a quarter of a point.



European stock exchanges move in no particular order.

Milan becomes heavy and loses 0.54%.

The worst is Frankfurt at -0.66%.

London is the only one in positive territory.



The euro is trading at 1.1842 against the dollar.

Oil is still falling in New York.



Meanwhile, the game for the control of Borsa Italia Spa, up to now of the London Stock Exchange group, which has to sell for antitrust reasons, gets underway.


Euronext and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti have confirmed their intention to proceed jointly with the presentation of a non-binding offer for Borsa Italiana.

Six Group, the manager of the Zurich Stock Exchange, and probably the German Deutsche Boerse are also interested.
