Colombian Daniel Martinez (Education First) won the 13th stage of the Tour de France on Friday at the top of Puy Mary, after a breakaway that the favorites let slip.
The recent winner of the Critérium du Dauphiné won at the age of 24 his first stage on the Big Loop, beating in a two-man sprint the German of Bora-Hansgrohe Lennard Kämna.
