At 23.42, the police were alerted to the scene.
The taxi driver had then for some reason driven into a crowd and then been kept at the scene by the public.
He was arrested and detained later in the night in the middle of a murder attempt.
Three people, two men and a woman, were taken to hospital with minor injuries.

• According to the on-call prosecutor, the taxi driver must have been upset with one of the people in the crowd.
The man himself, who is in his 25s and 30s, denies the crime.
July 27
Prosecutor Eva-Lena Jansson requests that the man be detained on probable cause on suspicion of one case of attempted murder and four cases of aggravated assault.
The people affected have now been allowed to leave the hospital.
"They have an ongoing conflict."
July 28
The man, who continues to deny the crime, is arrested.

The man who is believed to have been the target of the taxi driver's collision is himself suspected of unlawful threats and assault by the taxi driver in connection with the incident.
