Three young men, aged 17, 20 and 21, were arrested Wednesday evening when they got off their TGV at Marne-la-Vallée station, in the Parisian suburbs, as part of an investigation for "rape and happy slapping" opened by the police after the complaint of a minor.
This young runaway girl presented herself at the Villeurbanne police station on Wednesday morning, indicates the Rhone urban security.
She then explained to investigators that she had met three young men the day before in Lyon.
The minor added that she had agreed to follow them to a hotel near Place Jean-Macé (7th), where she consumed drugs and alcohol.
Three suspects known to justice
The young girl then claimed to have been raped by the three suspects, also accused of having filmed the facts, specifies the Lyon police.
She said the three young men, all known to the courts for multiple criminal records, were to return to the Paris region on Wednesday, by a TGV whose departure was scheduled the same evening from Part-Dieu.
It was on his indications that the three suspects were arrested and then placed in police custody.
The investigation continues, adds the security of the Rhône.
