“Unfortunately, I cannot boast that agreed decisions were reached on all issues,” he said.

Kozak added that the parties agreed to continue "dialogue on all these issues" and by the end of September to work out agreed decisions.

“We agreed that the regime of silence, the ceasefire regime will be supported, that the additional measures that were taken on July 22 will be unconditionally observed, implemented, those mechanisms for ensuring the ceasefire regime will be implemented both on one side and on the other,” - he noted.

Earlier, Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that the meeting of the Normandy Four advisers would take place on September 11.
