Between two trials, the supporters of Stade Toulousain and La Rochelle will be able to be tested for Covid-19.

While the Occitanie region has passed in recent days in red for the circulation of the coronavirus, the leaders of the Rouge et Noir, in partnership with the Regional Health Agency, the prefecture and the Toulouse University Hospital, have decided to organize for the first time in France screening in a rugby stadium.

On Saturday, between 1:45 p.m. and 6 p.m., three mobile screening units will be installed in the grounds of the Ernest-Wallon stadium to offer a free test to some 5,000 spectators, the maximum level authorized within the framework of health restriction measures.

A first in France implemented as part of preventive measures against the spread of the virus which circulates a lot in Haute-Garonne, especially among young people aged 20 to 30.

It is therefore “one more drive” open this Saturday, knowing that otherwise only those of the alleys Jules-Guesde and Purpan are open in Toulouse and that they are saturated.
