11 September 2020 After a very volatile and nervous session, Piazza Affari clears all losses and ends completely flat (Ftse Mib at + 0.00%).


The other European markets contrasted, with London up by almost half a point (0.48%) and Paris by 0.20%, while Frankfurt lost 0.05% and Madrid lost three quarters of a point, weighed down by concerns about the new wave of Covid.



Wall Street is also very volatile.

For the Nasdaq the worst week of the last six months is about to end.

The Dow Jones, on the other hand, proceeds more robust and toned.



The euro is trading at 1.1831, far from the 1.19 threshold reached yesterday.



The game for the control of Borsa Italia Spa, up to now of the London Stock Exchange group, which has to sell for antitrust reasons, has come to life.


Euronext and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti have confirmed their intention to proceed jointly with the presentation of a non-binding offer for Borsa Italiana.

Six Group, the manager of the Zurich Stock Exchange, and probably the German Deutsche Boerse are also interested.
