At that time, her daughter Rosana, who lives in another house, was infected and spent 40 days in the hospital plus another two months in rehabilitation.
After that time and with her strength recovered, Rosana learned that Rosa Abigaíl RT, a 33-year-old Peruvian woman who assisted and helped clean up Pilar,

filed a complaint at the police station for usurpation of a home and for identity theft against Rosa and another extended one against the funeral home for cremation without family consent and for desecration of the corpse.

, ten days before the death of the owner of the house.

With all this, along with other indications that they do not want to reveal, they have contacted a lawyer to collect evidence and testimonies with which to
accuse Rosa Abigaíl of a possible crime of homicide.
The problem is that, when the body is cremated, it is much more difficult to gather hard evidence to support this thesis.
The case is already prosecuted for the issue of the usurpation but the
National Police has not opened any investigation for the moment for homicide
, police sources have indicated to Europa Press, who also assure that the assistant lived in the family home.
The boyfriend of the daughter of the deceased, on the other hand, assures that
Rosa was not an intern and only went two hours a day to clean in that house for only seven weeks
and that she did not spend the night there.

It also considers that the investigation for the alleged homicide will begin at the moment in which they provide the evidence and indications they are collecting.
Rosa's children have indicated that despite recovering the house they will continue with the legal proceedings.
