This Thursday, he comes back to the idea of Madeleine Morley and Paula Teulières, two young graduates in sustainable development.
They were interested in the ecological impact of animals, particularly in relation to their diet.
To reduce the ecological impact while guaranteeing them healthy food, they have created the Tomojo brand of kibbles made from insects such as black soldier flies and mealworms.

There are 7.5 million dogs and more than 14 million domestic cats in France, according to a recent Kantar TNS Soffres study.
But what is the ecological impact of your animal?
This is the question that once troubled Madeleine Morley and Paula Teulières.
They are two very young graduates in sustainable development, 27 and 26 years old.
Madeleine, for example, had a dog that weighed 50 kilos and ate a lot of meat.
To reduce this, and thanks to their scientific knowledge, they looked for alternative proteins.
Have they created a new food for dogs and cats?

New kibbles, made from insects.
Precisely, these croquettes are made from black soldier flies and mealworms.
They consume less water and produce less greenhouse gases, they explained this week in Ouest France.
They then start breeding.
The insects are reduced to flour, which is used as a base for the croquettes and the Tomojo brand was born.
The croquettes are therefore meant to be healthy and concerned about the planet.
The idea of the two students caught the eye of a company.
Sauvale Production, a Mayenne company, based in Château Gonthier sur Mayenne, specializes in organic food for dogs and cats.
Production has therefore tripled in recent months, from 10 to 30 tonnes.
Price wise, Tomojo is in the average of the other best known brands.
