Yesterday, a huge fire broke out in a warehouse in Beirut Port, from which huge clouds of smoke rose, which caused terror among the Lebanese, more than five weeks after the terrible explosion.

The fire broke out, according to a tweet by the Lebanese army, in a warehouse of oils and tires in the free market in the port.

The port’s director general, Basem Al-Qaisi, assigned to the channel “LBC” that the fire occurred in a building containing barrels of frying oils and rubber tires belonging to an imported company.

The civil defense teams worked with the participation of army helicopters to put out the fire.

The security forces prevented the passage of cars on the road next to the port, and the fire caused panic and terror in Beirut and on social media.
