The images, violent, have been around social networks since Monday.

The 40-second scene was self-explanatory: a 14-year-old girl was violently punched in the face and thrown to the ground in front of Saint-Rémi college, in Reims, by another teenager.

Before young people finally intervene.

The video has turned so much that the national police of Marne asked Internet users, in a tweet, to stop broadcasting it.

The police also announced that they had made arrests.

According to France 3 Grand Est, two teenagers were arrested: the one who is suspected of having beaten and the one who would have filmed.

The suspects are aged 13 and 14, respectively, and face criminal conviction.

"I wish the sanction to be exemplary," tweeted the mayor of the Champagne capital, Arnaud Robinet.
