Xu Liangfeng, deputy director of the Data Management Division of the Postal Security Center of the State Post Bureau, said that the identity on the product is two Dimension Code implements "one-time authentication, nationwide, and network access", which can improve the efficiency of real-name delivery of users and also ensure the security of user identity information.

　　In response to the risk of the user’s mobile phone number being leaked during the process of sending and receiving express delivery, the Postal Security Center of the State Post Bureau has created an intermediate number technology security platform to provide free express virtual number service for public users and couriers. The courier can contact the delivery by dialing the express virtual number. For software users, the virtual number is valid for a limited time.
