According to the “Announcement”, according to Article 30 of the “Measures for the Management of Social Organization Evaluation”, social organizations that have obtained evaluation levels have basically passed the annual inspection for two consecutive years, failed the annual inspection of the previous year, or failed to participate in the annual inspection in the previous year, and are subject to relevant government departments. For administrative penalties, the Ministry of Civil Affairs has decided to lower the evaluation level of 23 social organizations, including the China Youth Palace Association.
The "Announcement" pointed out that in view of the fact that 13 social organizations such as China Youth Palace Association have basically passed the annual inspection for two consecutive years, it is now decided to include China Youth Palace Association, China Household Appliance Service and Maintenance Association, China Civil Engineering Society, China Hotel Association, China Express Association The evaluation level of the company was reduced from 4A to 3A, and the Chinese Working Dog Management Association, China Pharmaceutical Regulatory and Management Research Association, China National Architecture Research Association, China Electronics Enterprise Association, China Network Audiovisual Program Service Association, China Prosecutor Literature and Art Federation , The evaluation level of China Mining Rights Appraisers Association and China Metallurgical Education Society was reduced from 3A to 2A.
In view of the unqualified annual inspections of 4 social organizations including the China Publishing Promotion Association, it is now decided to lower the evaluation level of China Publishing Promotion Association, China Health Care Association, China Veterinary Medicine Association, and Zhonghe Vision Rehabilitation Development Center from 3A to 2A.
In view of the fact that the two social organizations of the New Era Youth Physical Health Promotion Center and the Lidao Securities Museum did not participate in the 2018 annual inspection, it is now decided to reduce the evaluation level of the New Era Youth Physical Health Promotion Center and the Lidao Securities Museum from 4A to 3A.
In view of the fact that the two social organizations of China Construction Industry Association and China Cooking Association have been warned by the Ministry of Civil Affairs and imposed administrative penalties for confiscation of illegal gains, it is now decided to reduce the assessment level of China Construction Industry Association from 5A to 4A. The assessment level was reduced from 4A to 3A.
In view of the warning and administrative penalties issued by the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Zeng Ai Public Welfare Foundation has decided to downgrade the evaluation level of Zeng Ai Public Welfare Foundation from 3A to 2A.
In view of the fact that the China Traditional Chinese Medicine Association has basically passed the annual inspection for two consecutive years, and at the same time it has been warned by the Ministry of Civil Affairs and imposed an administrative penalty of confiscation of illegal income, it is now decided to reduce the assessment level of the China Traditional Chinese Medicine Association from 4A to 2A.
The "Announcement" requires that the above 23 social organizations must return the original assessment grade certificate and plaque to the Ministry of Civil Affairs within 15 days from the date of receipt of the notice, and reissue the corresponding assessment grade certificate and plaque. If it refuses to return (replace), it shall be invalidated by the Ministry of Civil Affairs.
