Estonian Foreign Minister urged NATO to be vigilant in the situation with Belarus

“The role of NATO is to remain vigilant and contain,” the Estonian Foreign Ministry quoted Reinsalu as saying.

He also called on the Belarusian authorities to "respect the fundamental rights of their citizens."

Earlier, Stoltenberg, during negotiations with the foreign ministers of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland, said that NATO is closely following the development of events in Belarus.
