The environmental activist group Extinction rebellion is behind the protest that began on Monday morning.

- There are trucks that come here to pick up petrol and diesel.

So that's the traffic we want to stop.

But we are also targeting the government.

We urge them to make the right decision, says Ragnhild Larsson from Extinction Rebellion.

"No surprise"

Stig Nilsson, communicator at Preem, says that after the various actions against the company in recent weeks, this protest does not come as a surprise.

- They're on Preem's road.

It is an illicit demonstration and it is up to the police to decide what to do now, he says.
