During the spring, there was a 50% increase in calls to consumer advice in Jönköping from worried consumers as travel and events were canceled during the corona pandemic.

But the question is what applies in the future.

- First and foremost, you should think about how risk-averse you are, because we live in an uncertain time.

If you are prepared to book a trip or ticket to an event anyway, you do so at your own risk.

It may not work out, says Annika Wilow Sundh who is a consumer advisor in Jönköping.

What are the consequences of the risks you take?

- There are many consequences. One is that the trip or event does not end, and that I thereby lose money. So it places a great responsibility on consumers to be well prepared and experienced in the future, says Annika Wilow Sundh.
