Russia offers Germany to create an expert group that will study the state of Alexei Navalny. President of the National Medical Chamber Leonid Roshal told about it. In his opinion, Russia will need to initiate a criminal case, "if it turns out that Navalny was really poisoned." Earlier, representatives of the Charite clinic said that traces of a substance from the Novichok group were found in the patient's body. However, in the Omsk clinic, where he was before being transported to Germany, the analysis did not reveal any signs of poisoning.
