This is what Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte reiterated in his speech at the Ambrosetti Forum.

"The numbers continue to be significant but we are no longer faced with an outbreak of a pandemic. We have structured ourselves with a monitoring system that will reasonably allow us to intervene in a targeted and territorially limited way", he stressed.

From the emergency "we came out above all thanks to the efforts of the citizens: the Italians, often represented as whimsical even very undisciplined, understood the moment we were going through".
