This is the total amount of claims for damages presented by Mediaset and its main shareholder Fininvest against the French company Vivendi for the breaking of the 'strategic' agreement on Premium in April 2016 and for the 'hostile' takeover of Mediaset at the end of the same year.

On 9 June - Vivendi writes in the quarterly published today - Mediaset, RTI and Fininvest presented a new summons against the company headed by Vincent Bollore 'to obtain payment of damages and interest for two billion to Mediaset and Rti , and for a billion to Fininvest for the acquisition of Mediaset shares in the last quarter of 2016.
