04 September 2020After a declining start, the Milan stock exchange reversed the trend and rises by 0.8%.

Yesterday the day closed with a 1.54% drop in the Ftse Mib index.

The other European stock exchanges are slightly above par: London + 0.2%, Frankfurt + 0.1%, Paris + 0.3%.


Yesterday, the stock market indices had been up until the opening of Wall Street.

Then there was a sharp correction that mainly concerned technology stocks, listed on the Nasdaq.

-4.96% for this index, which in recent days has burned record after record, even after yesterday's decline the progress since the beginning of the year is 27.7%.


Mediaset and Tim titles were highlighted in Piazza Affari.

Yesterday a ruling by the EU Court of Justice ruled that the limitation imposed on Vivendi not to rise above 10% in both Tim and Mediaset is not in compliance with European legislation.

The limit is set in Italy by the Gasparri law.

Yesterday's sentence reopens the game for the control of Mediaset.

But also that single network for broadband.

In a note from Mediaset yesterday we read that the company will evaluate with the utmost interest the business opportunities in telecommunications starting from the recent developments on the single network.

The consequences on the stock market are remarkable: for Mediaset yesterday + 5%, today +10.8%.

For Tim yesterday + 0.96%, today + 1.13%. 


Atlantia, after the board of directors that formalized the start of the spin-off of Autostrade per l'Italia, sees its stock rise by 1.26%.

There was a 6% drop yesterday, followed by + 16% on Wednesday.
