04 September 2020 The government has placed its trust in the simplification bill, under consideration by the Senate.
This was announced by the Minister for Relations with Parliament, Federico D'Incà.
The Senate Chamber has therefore been suspended and is about to resume after the conference of the group leaders that decided the timing of the approval of the provision: an hour of general discussion.

The government, explained D'Incà in the Senate, has placed its trust in the text of the entirely substituting amendment
of article 1 of the bill converting the Simplifications bill which "substantially incorporates, with some technical corrections, the amendments approved in committee. The text - he added - includes the insertion of a particularly urgent provision for the extension to 30 November 2020 the deadline for the granting of grants for minor damage reported due to the earthquake that hit Central Italy in 2016, expiring on 20 September ".
From the text of the maxi-amendment, the president Maria Elisabetta Alberti Casellati has ordered the removal, for extraneousness to the matter of the decree, of the rule that provides that in the autonomous province of Bolzano doctors, nurses and other health professionals can exercise and enroll in the relative Order without know the Italian language.
In total there are eleven requests for cancellation.
Other changes could be added.
