China proposes to hold a seminar on border management and facilitation of personnel exchanges in the near future. It is recommended that all parties determine the lead department, establish contacts and strengthen communication and coordination, establish an ad hoc cooperation platform, and strive to promote various bilateral and regional personnel and goods facilitation arrangements to form a network.

If the members of the G20 can take the lead and strengthen cooperation in this regard, it will not only help us to restore growth, but will also play an important leading role in the recovery and reconstruction of the world economy.
