In the description, Lukashenka is presented as "an accomplice of terrorists and Russian invaders."

As noted, Lukashenko handed over the Russians detained in Belarus to the Russian side.

Another reason for inclusion in the database was an interview with ex-Prime Minister of Poland Donald Tusk, in which he said that Lukashenko had told him about plans to become the president of the united Belarus and Ukraine in 2014.

Earlier, Sergei Tikhanovsky, the spouse of the former candidate for the presidency of Belarus Svetlana Tikhanovskaya, got into the "Peacemaker" database. 

In the fall of 2018, the German Foreign Ministry urged Ukraine to close the Myrotvorets website.
