Graduates of Joseon schools in Aichi Prefecture, Japan, finally lost in a lawsuit for compensation for damages filed by the Japanese government saying that it was illegal to exclude Joseon schools from the subject of free education.



Japan's Supreme Court (our Supreme Court) confirmed the first and second trial rulings on the 3rd that it was legal to exclude Chosun schools from the subject of free grant, Kyodo News reported.



This is the third time after the lawsuits filed in Tokyo and Osaka that the Supreme Court has raised the hand of the Japanese government in a lawsuit for the exclusion of the Korean school free of charge.



Japan's free high school system was introduced in April 2010 during the Democratic Party's regime, and foreign schools such as Chosun School were initially eligible for support if they met the requirements.



However, Shinzo Abe (after the inauguration of the regime, in 2013, the Japanese government excluded Joseon schools from the subject of free transfer.
