During the time when Anders Johansson, today Sandén, is in power as chairman of the Social Democrats in Sigtuna, many collaborations are made with the construction company Peab and its CEO Tomas Andersson.
Peab plans to build over 2,000 new homes in the municipality.
They build roads, sports facilities and schools.
But it turns out that the collaboration has gone further than that.
Assignment review can show that Peab paid for both polling booths and election posters to the Social Democrats in connection with the 2010 municipal elections.
Anders Sandén confirms that he had very good contacts with the Peab CEO, but denies that he and the party would have been sponsored by the company.
Assignment review has tried to get an interview with Peab, but they respond instead via email:
"We have now gone through all the sponsorship agreements and sponsorship invoices back to 2010 and have not found any sponsorship of political parties, but with that said, it can not be ruled out that it has happened anyway.
It is possible that the local Peaborg organization may have sponsored both polling booths and banners in Sigtuna 2010. ”
