The American Centers for Disease Prevention and Control (CDC) "urgently demand" that states do what is necessary so that distribution centers for a future vaccine can be "fully operational by November 1, 2020," a wrote their director Robert Redfield, in a letter cited by the Wall Street Journal and sent to states last week.
