On the 2nd, Rep. Won-sik Shin of the Future Integration Party released a transcript of a unit official saying, "At the time, a call came from an aide at the time," regarding the suspicion of extending the sick leave of the son of Justice Minister Chu Mi-ae.

According to the recording file released by Rep. Shin at the press conference that day, Captain A, the support officer of the unit where Minister Chu's son, Mr. Seo Mo, worked, said in a phone call with Rep. Shin on the 30th of last month, "Inquiring about the extension of private sick leave from the assistant Assemblyman Chu. I got a call."

Captain A also said, "The role of an aide is to aid the work of a member of the National Assembly, and I thought about why the aide should do this."

Former Lieutenant Colonel B, who was authorized to approve Seo's leave at the time, said in a phone call with Rep. Shin, "I heard that (the support officer from the aide) could not extend sick leave, it seems that I received such a call, and that the support officer said no."

Rep. Shin argued that "the clarification of Han Chu and the Seoul East District District Prosecutor's Office that'the assistant has not made a call' is a lie to the public that they will cover the sky with their palms."

He said, "While serving in the military for 21 months, Mr. Seo took 58 days off, and between June 5 and 27, 2017, I enjoyed the benefit of taking an unusual long vacation for a total of 23 days." He added that it is a bizarre'emperor vacation farming' and a'deathlon' suspicion.
