Except for couples and children who really need the care of others, single-person residence is implemented.

  Third, in order to ensure the safety of centralized observation points, patrol teams and patrol expert groups have been set up to carry out patrolling supervision and inspection of important points and key links such as hygiene, fire protection, and catering.

  Fourth, the districts where the intensive observation points are located have set up special work classes and are equipped with service guarantee forces to be responsible for the daily management and health monitoring of the centralized observation points.

According to needs, it can provide necessary foreign language volunteer services, psychological counseling and other related services for immigrants.
