The principal strikes back at the criminals in the area: "We take care of your children"

- We are the ones who take care of your children, we take care of the future, says principal Marika Andersson at Lövgärdesskolan.

She wants the children to have peace and quiet to focus on school and on their future.

At the same time, she believes that the school is an important part of stopping recruitment to criminal circles.

- If we get a good school and a good environment around our children and young people, then the new recruitment will be stopped, says Marika Andersson.

Demonstration on Tuesday

On Tuesday, a demonstration will be held to stand up to the violence in the area.

It is staff who arrange the demonstration, which will primarily take place digitally.

- That's enough now.

We are so many who want to do good things, and I feel that we can now work in peace and quiet, says Eva Loström, who is the process leader at the school and who has received calls from anxious residents in Lövgärdet.
