The Council approved the issuance of a decision on the executive regulations of the Federal Law on Medical Assisted Reproduction, which is a legislative framework complementary to the law, with regard to detailed matters, as the regulation specifies the objectives of the legislation, the terms of reference of the health authority in the field of regulating medical assistance for reproduction, and the conditions for licensing and operating aid centers Medical care for childbearing, controls for practicing this technique, prohibited practices, mechanisms for preserving gametes and controls for their use, as well as genetic diagnosis, and conditions and controls for bringing in or removing samples from outside the country.
The Council also adopted a decision on subjecting some medical equipment to zero-rate tax, to support national efforts to overcome the repercussions of the emerging corona virus crisis, and to develop health work in the country.
The decision includes tax exemptions for personal equipment used to prevent the "Covid-19" virus, such as: disposable medical suits, hand sanitizing fluids, masks made of fabrics, paper masks, respirators for air purification, face masks, protective goggles and gloves. One-time use.
The Council also approved, in governmental regulatory affairs, the extension of the period of regularization of conditions for some standard specifications and control systems, which enter into mandatory implementation to be with the beginning of the year 2021, and the Council of Ministers also approved the request of the Federal National Council to discuss the issue of the Ministry of Justice policy regarding family guidance.
