  The Civil Aviation Administration stated that since August, the situation of overseas new crown pneumonia has been severe. With the increase in the number of international passenger flights, the number of imported cases by air has increased.

In order to further improve the prevention and control of the epidemic, strict "external defense input" measures will continue to strictly implement flight fusing and incentive measures in accordance with the requirements.

  The Civil Aviation Administration requires strict management measures for the following three types of international passenger inbound flights with high risk of imported epidemics. The passenger load factor shall be controlled at no higher than 75%. The first category is in accordance with the latest version of the "Technical Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Transport Airlines" International flights are classified as high-risk flights by the international flight epidemic prevention risk classification standard score; the second category is the same flight of a single airline on the same route, and the number of passengers whose nucleic acid test results are positive after entry has reached 5 flights for 3 consecutive weeks (a single flight is The data released by the Health Commission for 7 consecutive days after entry shall prevail); the third category is for flights that resume operation after the implementation of "fuse" due to imported cases exceeding the standard.

  For the flights of the above-mentioned second and third types of routes, the Civil Aviation Administration has stipulated that the number of passengers whose nucleic acid test results are positive after entry is zero for 3 consecutive weeks, the 75% passenger load factor limit can be cancelled and the award can be applied for in accordance with the procedures.

  The Civil Aviation Administration requires airlines to continue to strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures, do a good job of passenger temperature testing and health screening, reserve emergency isolation areas, and do a good job of checking passenger health codes and nucleic acid testing certificates.

  Up to now, the Civil Aviation Administration has implemented 31 flight circuit breakers and cancelled 52 inbound flights.
